    • Effective transparency of service levels, costs and business risks with UDC and PPG.
  • Lead negotiations on supply agreements, capacity commitments, and long-term partnership frameworks to deliver win-win outcomes.
  • Work cross functionally to optimize PPG’s financial performance, including revenue predictability, cost recovery, and margin stability.
  • Accountability for communications at multiple levels and across functions at UDC.  Establish strong governance through regular business reviews, KPIs, and escalation processes.
    • Act as an interface between UDC and PPG internal operations, ensuring alignment on manufacturing strategy and delivery issue escalation especially yield, productivity and quality.
    • Establish a clear reporting cadence with UDC related to new product introductions, delivery of sample materials and other technical services agreed to between PPG and UDC.

Customer Collaboration & Influence

  • Influence UDC decisions in areas where direct control does not exist, including:
    • Technology adoption
    • Change management
    • Operational priorities
    • Capacity planning assumptions (in collaboration with Global Director, SSG and operations)
