Job Description
How you will contribute
- Processing of self-invoices, suppliers invoices and proforma
- Financial data administration in SAP, BI tool (Insight) is a plus
- Reconciliation & clearing of transitory accounts
- Supporting payments processing
- Keeping track of order cycle, invoices and payments’ approvals
- Posting and issuing invoices, allocation and cost evaluation
- Supporting in inter-company reconciliations
- Cooperating with controlling department to support the monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities
Who you are
- Successful studies in Finance, Management, Business or similar
- Good understanding of General Accounting (local GAAPs)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Office 365, in particular Excel
- Fluent in Italian and English
