This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.
Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
1) Assisting to prepare reporting materials which include results /board slides, ESG related benchmarking submissions, annual report, valuation, asset audits.
2) Compiling and analysing portfolio related metrices, including competitor benchmarking and ways to optimise portfolio / asset performances.
3) Exposure to support asset management or investment related tasks where relevant.

1) Opportunities to be exposed to real-life tasks relating to fund management activities, with cross department learning and interaction where feasible.
2) Exposure to meeting with institutional investors to understand investors requirements and challenges to achieving them.JOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements

2) Quick in grasping concepts and initiative to think of how to improve tasks / bring a fresh perspective to tasks assigned.
3) Good in microsoft word, especially excel and powerpoint.
