[Keppel Internship Programme 2025] Intern, Technical Services (May - Aug 2025)
JOB DESCRIPTION

This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments.
Assist Technical Services Manager to:
1) Update project and cost data to central database
2) Update database for knowledge mgmt:
a) vendor list
b) waivers submitted and obtained for A&A
c) project timelines
3) Assist and exposure to day-to-day running of Asset Enhancement project mgmt work. (Procurement, Design Mgmt, Construction etc)
Learning Outcome:
1) Learning opportunities in asset enhancement, and project mgmt of real estate projects
2) Exposure to Keppel Real Estate Business
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
1. Desire to learn, creative, logical thinking, problem solving, resourceful, team player and respectful.
2. Proficient in using internet for research and ability to validate the data.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
