We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused KBB/BDC Acquisition Associate to help drive vehicle acquisitions and support our dealership growth. This position plays a critical role in sourcing quality pre-owned inventory by working with customers interested in selling or trading their vehicles through Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer leads, internet inquiries, phone calls, and equity mining opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to Kelley Blue Book (KBB) Instant Cash Offer leads.
- Contact customers via phone, text, and email to schedule vehicle appraisal appointments.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize appointment show rates.
- Work closely with the Used Car Manager and Sales Management team to acquire inventory.
- Educate customers on the dealership's vehicle buying process and current market values.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM.
- Execute daily call, text, and email objectives.
- Generate traffic for vehicle acquisition appointments.
- Assist with equity mining campaigns and service drive acquisition opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire acquisition process.
Qualifications
- Previous BDC, sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and handling objections.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer and CRM skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
