Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Kahua Application Developer to join our team! In this role, you will serve as a technical leader for Kahua implementations, helping clients modernize and optimize their project delivery environments. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation teams, and platform experts to develop scalable solutions that drive efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across complex capital programs. This is a 100% remote role
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design, configure, develop, and deploy Kahua applications, workflows, forms, and business processes to support capital programs and large infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Kahua solutions.
- Develop custom configurations, integrations, dashboards, reports, and data models within the Kahua platform.
- Perform application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, and platform enhancements across multiple client environments.
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation best practices.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and user guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of PMIS and digital project delivery solutions.
