Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing responsive WordPress websites that support our digital marketing goals. You’ll work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring web designs to life, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement SEO best practices to enhance performance and visibility. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong grasp of front-end development, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Experience with
marketing tools, basic analytics, and cloud platforms is a plus. 

Schedule Details

• Location: On-Site, Laguna Hills, CA
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:30PM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive Wordpress websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices. 
  

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, and customization).
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first web design.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to figure things out.
  
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or in a team.
• Experience with lead capture marketing tools
  

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a web development role

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience working with data analytics or reporting tools such as Looker Studio.
• Understanding of data-driven decision-making and basic analytics concepts.
• Stay updated on new web technologies and industry trends.
