ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Junior Visual Designer to elevate our brand through compelling, high-impact creative across digital and print channels. You’ll bring fresh ideas and strong visual storytelling to marketing campaigns, product experiences, and brand initiatives while ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally to bring ideas to life.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to create cohesive, on-brand experiences that are both visually engaging and user-friendly. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work will directly influence how customers experience and interact with our brand.

HOW YOU’LL BE REWARDED

Base pay: $20 – $25 per hour
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce visually engaging content aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
- Create and maintain a consistent visual language across all platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Partner with Product and Development teams to design user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, functional, and visually polished.
- Translate complex concepts into clean, engaging, and accessible visual designs.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and provide input on design strategy and direction.
WHY YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work.
- Experience in the financial services industry or working with tax-related content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a refined eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing for performance marketing campaigns and conversion-focused landing pages.
- Familiarity with basic UX principles and wireframing tools.
- Experience working in high-growth or performance-driven environments.
