What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer with a strong interest in user experience design to support the creation of clear, intuitive, and user-centered experiences across our digital products, including the Client Area, Partner Portals, Websites, and internal systems.

This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is passionate about understanding users, mapping user journeys, and improving usability, while also assisting with UI design execution. You will work closely with Product Designers, Product Owners, and Developers, learning how to translate complex business requirements into meaningful user experiences.



What We’re Looking For:

  • Assist in mapping user journeys, user flows, and interaction models for new and existing product features.
  • Support UX discovery activities by helping gather requirements, analyze user feedback, and identify usability issues.
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes and UX concepts to explore and validate ideas early in the design process.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to refine UX solutions and evolve them into higher-fidelity designs.
  • Apply UX principles and best practices to improve clarity, accessibility, and ease of use across products.
  • Assist with UI design tasks such as visual layouts, components, and small interface updates using the design system.
  • Help maintain design documentation, UX guidelines, and design system components.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Developers to ensure UX decisions align with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and user insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or relevant internships or trainee roles.
  • Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, including user flows, wireframes, problem statements, and design rationale (UI visuals are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Figma and basic knowledge of UI design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and emerging AI-assisted design workflows is considered an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, usability principles, and interaction design.
  • Interest in complex systems such as fintech platforms, dashboards, or client portals is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn from feedback.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly and thoughtfully.

Working Schedule: On-Site, Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 on a hybrid model, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
