As a UX Researcher at DKB Code Factory, you'll work with Designers, Product Owners, and Researchers to create products used by over 5 million people. { your_responsibilities: [- Support the interdisciplinary UX-research team by contributing in various projects like the new banking app, customer web portal, business customers platforms, co-branding mobile apps and more.
- Work on qualitative and quantitative research projects from briefing to results presentation.
- Steer your own long-term project and present the result to the team.
- Support with defining, planning and conducting user research.
- Support preparing and conducting workshops.
- Share and present insights in an effective way.
- Contribute to the company-wide research strategy.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [
- You are passionate about great UX and interested in solutions, services and products improving financial health both for private and business customers.
- You have first experience as intern or working student in a research team.
- You have a formal education? Cool. You don't? Also cool, tell us your story.
- You are familiar with qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g. interviews, remote research, usability testing, surveys).
- You are proactive, persistent, and a true team player – you thrive in dynamic, data-driven, creative environments.
- You are fluent in English and German.
- You are passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
