Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to design enterprise banking applications and ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the application of service design principles and methodologies to create and enhance the user experience of our products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and design leads, to ensure coherent and user-friendly design outcomes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points, assisting in translating insights into service design frameworks, user journeys, and touch-point design.
  • Contribute to the ideation and prototyping of innovative service solutions that address user and business needs using design thinking methods.
  • Assist in guiding the implementation of service design concepts and strategies, aiming for seamless integration across touchpoints and channels.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate the value and impact of service design on our products and services, gathering buy-in and support.
  • Contribute to user-centered approaches by participating in usability testing, user interviews, and other research activities to validate and refine service design solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in UX design, with exposure to service design principles.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Figma or similar.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design processes, information architecture, and interaction design a plus.
  • Familiarity with participating in workshops, design sprints, and collaborative design sessions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively when faced with design challenges.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to effectively articulate design choices and work with stakeholders.
  • Experience contributing to the design of interactive and technological solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with strong project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
