What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager with a strong analytical mindset and a drive to make a real impact.

In this role, your primary objective will be to drive high-quality user acquisition for our app through paid traffic channels and web-to-web funnels. Your work will play a key role in advancing Welltech’s mission to create a healthier, happier world..

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns across paid social channels

• Target and manage specific audience segments to drive high-quality, converting traffic

• Develop and test hypotheses based on traffic and performance data

• Identify and apply effective media buying strategies, patterns, and creatives

• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities

• Scale budgets based on performance data and a marketing strategy that you'll help shape

  ✨ The ideal profile:

• Confident in key marketing metrics: ROI, CPA, CTR, CPM, CR

• Hands-on experience setting up ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or Snapchat Ads

• Strong analytical mindset, excellent math and problem-solving skills

• English proficiency: B2 level or higher

• A fast learner with a strong growth mindset

• Motivated, goal-driven, and proactive in taking initiative

• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality

• Flexible and adaptable — open to change, feedback and continuous learning

  Would Be a Plus:

  1+ year of experience in User Acquisition, Media Buying, or PPC (or any marketing field)

  In Your First 3 Months, You Will:

  • Gain full confidence in all key campaign metrics, processes, and reporting tools

  • Independently manage a defined audience segment

  • Apply best practices to achieve target ROI

  • Contribute to the team’s growth by sharing insights, testing new approaches, and continuously optimizing campaign performance
