In this role, you will
- Launch and manage streamer acquisition campaigns for our apps
- Support the UA team with creative testing and media buying optimization
- Work with top advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Unity, and Moloco
- Develop and test new user acquisition funnels (App2App, Web2App, App2Message, Web)
- Improve creatives, localize content, and expand into new markets
- Optimize key acquisition metrics such as CPI, CTR%, IPM
- Enhance campaign analytics and reporting
It’s all about you
- Basic experience in launching ad campaigns via Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other ad networks
- Previous role as a junior marketer (Media Buyer, UAM, or agency specialist) — even without direct product experience
- Desire to grow and learn in performance marketing
- Proactive and responsible mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Team player focused on improving personal and team results
- Long-term oriented, loyal, and motivated to grow within the company
- Solid academic background
- Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative KPIs and meeting deadline
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
