We’re looking for a Junior/Switcher User Acquisition Manager - someone early in their career with strong analytical foundations who is ready to step into a more commercial, ownership-driven role.

What you need to succeed in this role:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or a quantitative field (Math, System Analysis).
Graduated from a strong university (e.g., KSE, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, KPI, KNEU, Taras Shevchenko University or similar).
1–2 years of experience in Big 4 or top consulting / advisory firms : PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BCG, McKinsey, Bain, marketing, finanical analyst in FMCG, tech.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and structured problem-solving.
English B2+
Nice to have:
SQL, Python, Tableau, dbt
CFA Level 1+
internships or side projects in business, marketing, VC, or product
entrepreneurial or ownership experience
What you will be responsible for:
Analyze business and marketing data to find growth opportunities.
Build clear, structured insights and recommendations based on data.
Work with large datasets and help build basic analytical models.
Take ownership of specific projects from idea to execution.
Support growth and user acquisition initiatives with data-driven insights.
Do market, competitor, and performance analysis.
Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams.
Prepare reports and presentations for decision-makers.
Quickly learn new areas and adapt to different business problems.
