We are looking for a Junior Training Coordinator in order to provide a support to the training department:
Work in a team of training coordinators and interacting with other departments within the company
Developing and optimizing department admin processes
Scheduling crew and company personnel training events
Coordinate schedule with training centers worldwide
Comply with multiple training regulations
Previous experience in the aviation industry preferred
Previous scheduling or resource management experience
Strong computer skills
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to make quick decisions while working in a high-pressure environment
Action oriented, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
