A global technology company is looking for a Junior Tier 1 Technical Support to join its global Support team. This is an hourly 24/7 shift-based environment. The team provides technical support for a technology platform used by restaurants and connected to delivery partners worldwide.
The role combines technical support with AI-driven tools and automation, including daily use of AI tools as well as involvement in AI and technology projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to restaurants worldwide.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions according to SLA.
- Work with internal systems and ServiceNow.
- Communicate mainly in English through written channels and phone calls.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and Cursor as part of the daily workflow.
- Participate in AI and technology projects.
- Technical orientation and strong learning ability.
- Background in Computer Science, a technical course, or a relevant technological field – an advantage.
- Strong English - mandatory.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends.
- Strong communication and service-oriented skills.
- Motivation to build a long-term career in the technology industry.
