- Executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results to report any defects or issues on bench or in vehicle
- Working closely with development teams to reproduce and debug issues found during testing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system testing strategies align with business goals and customer needs
- Support of EU-NCAP (pre-) testing
- Real vehicle tests of Drivers Assistance Systems with appropriate validation tools
- Support and execution of proofing-ground tests
- Support and drive development work at tier-1 level
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering OR Controls Engineering
- Comprehensive understanding of vehicle dynamics, steering control functions and experience for tuning vehicle control systems
- Hands on mechanical ability / Understanding of vehicle systems
- Analytical skills to prepare prototype vehicles for testing
- Some travel domestically and internationally should be expected
- Valid driver’s license required to operate vehicles on proving grounds.
- Experience with data acquisition systems and Vector CAN tools is a plus
- Driving license class B
