- Provide monitoring, incident response and ticket resolution for Windows Server, AD and virtualization infrastructure.
- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Ansible and AI‑assisted scripting.
- Maintain and patch systems via SCCM, ensuring compliance and security.
- Manage and troubleshoot VMware vSphere, Nutanix and Microsoft Hyper‑V environments.
- Administer Azure AD/Entra ID, AD Connect sync and PKI for identity and access management.
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform.
- Create and maintain documentation, promoting knowledge sharing and shift‑left practices.
- Participate in and own project work across the technology stack.
- Assist with cloud operations in Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
- Continuously upskill to become a subject‑matter expert within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Nutanix and Hyper‑V.
- Basic knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, AD Connect and PKI concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform).
- Introductory exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting; exposure to Ansible is a plus.

Compensation Expectation: $100,000 - $110,000k Base Salary
