- Contributes to the implementation of IT ops (Service Desk, Network Security)
- Coordinates employee activities (on/off-boarding, change orders)
- Maintain & organise an inventory of IT hardware, s/w licenses
- Provide hardware support
- Configure, install, and test software upgrades
- Resolve technical problems on Tier1
- Provide application support for all enterprise apps
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Requirements
- Experience in network administration, firewalls, and inter-intranet systems.
- Understanding of Apple macOS and iOS
- Understanding of MS Office 365 and Google apps.
- Familiarity with Bash/Apple script is an advantage
- Proficiency in macOS administration is essential.
- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to find solutions independently.
- Self-management and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Good written and verbal English skills are required.
