This role blends strategy, business development, and hands-on monitoring, driving marketing and sales performance, maintaining store functionality, and partnering closely with local smartphone OEMs to deliver commercial results.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and lead monitoring of high-level expansion plans and commercial prospects to optimize results across all project workstreams.
- Establish core success benchmarks and KPIs by converting industry trends and analytics into tangible commercial outcomes.
- Orchestrate full-lifecycle flagship projects through rigorous coordination, delivery, data review, and consistent reporting to leadership.
- Govern diverse internal and external partnerships while addressing potential threats to guarantee mission-critical goals are achieved as scheduled.
- Present performance reviews and progress updates to the broader team, including regional and global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university (UI, ITB, UGM, or overseas).
- 5+ years of experience growing and retaining business while leading a team to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience building data and analytical tools (e.g., Tableau) to drive decision-making.
- Proven experience working with major smartphone OEMs or smartphone retailers in Indonesia is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated previous experience in leading and managing an effective sales team, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving team engagement.
- High proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes, identify trends, and drive strategic initiative.
- Customer-centric approach with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
