As a Junior Mobile Application Developer with us, you'll be at the heart of turning ideas into reality. Your role will cover the entire journey, from translating designs into top-notch code to identifying and fixing those pesky bugs. You won't just be a developer– you'll be a problem solver, an innovator, and a vital part of our team's success.

• Design and build advanced native applications for the android & ios platforms
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code 
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality and organization
• A self-starter and self-directed once the strategy, architecture, and roadmap are aligned
• Able to find opportunities to add value and execute solutions working closely with cross-functional teams to roll out new features
• Track potentially disruptive technologies related to mobile development and lead the strategic response
• Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovation
• Take ownership of your work through all phases

Basic Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as App Developer at any IT enabled service company
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of Native platforms (Android/iOS)
• Additional knowledge of hybrid platforms such as flutter is a plus.
• Skills:Native App Development, Kotin, Swift, Github, Bitbucket, Maps API, UI & UX implementation, MVVM pattern.
• We are willing to work with engineers with the right attitude who are willing to learn.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong idea about maps api and location based UX implementation
• Ability to manage source code in git / similar platforms.
• Experience in Compose UI is plus
• Experience in problem solving is plus
• Good github activity is plus
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Sound mature judgment and decision-making ability

Job Location: Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh 

Office Days and Times: 

The office is open from Sunday to Thursday (9 am to 6 pm). Saturdays of every month will be considered as on demand working days.
