Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Junior Software Development
Engineer to join our operations team in Cary, NC. You will build and
maintain internal tools, automations, and integrations that directly support
our sales, trade, and administrative functions. The role is hands-on, varied,
and ideal for someone who wants broad technical exposure and rapid skill
development.
You will work across AI agent frameworks, cloud
infrastructure, CRM ecosystems, API integrations, and real-world
international business operations — gaining practical, end-to-end ownership of
systems that keep the company running.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & API Integrations
- Build
and maintain integrations between cloud services, CRM platforms, and
third-party APIs.
- Develop
automation pipelines and AI-powered tools to support sales and trade
operations.
- Manage
internal communication and messaging integrations across platforms.
Automation & Internal Tools
- Automate
repetitive workflows to improve efficiency across departments.
- Support
domain management, DNS configurations, and website updates.
- Build
small internal tools using Python and basic front-end components.
Deployment & Reliability
- Own
deployments end-to-end — build, ship, monitor, and maintain reliability.
- Troubleshoot
issues quickly and independently with minimal hand-holding.
- Maintain
clean version control practices using Git.
Required Skills
- Solid Python skills — able to write clean scripts and small applications
independently.
- Confident
consuming and debugging REST APIs.
- Basic
cloud experience (GCP or AWS) — deploying services, managing
secrets, reading logs.
- Strong
troubleshooting instincts and problem-solving mindset.
- Clear
written and verbal communication with non-technical colleagues.
- Git
and version control proficiency.
Skills Required

- Experience consuming and debugging REST APIs
- Basic cloud experience with GCP or AWS, including deploying services, managing secrets, and reading logs
