About the Role
We’re looking for a hungry, creator-minded Junior Social Media Specialist to join our Social and Influencer team. This is a hands-on delivery role: you’ll create content, run our posting schedule, manage community, and support our influencer programme working with some of the coolest, most design-led creators out there.
You’ll be managed day-to-day by our Social Media and Influencer Marketing Specialist, learning from them while owning real execution. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is already in the game, loves social, and wants to grow fast. You’ll ship daily and see your work drive the brand.
What You’ll Do

Content and creative
•    Create and curate content for our social channels: short-form video, static, copy
•    Adapt and produce content that fits each platform natively (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest)
•    Bring trend awareness and creative ideas to the content calendar
•    Attend or coordinate shoots when needed to produce original social content
Scheduling and channel management
•    Own the day-to-day content calendar: plan, schedule, and publish across all social platforms
•    Keep a consistent posting rhythm and brand voice across channels
Community management
•    Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
•    Build relationships with our audience and keep the brand responsive and human
Influencer support
•    Support influencer outreach and deals: research, brief, and manage micro and mid-tier creator partnerships
•    Work with cool, design-led, high-quality creators that fit the brand
•    Manage product gifting and creator relationships end to end
Performance
•    Track content and influencer performance, report what’s working
•    Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and emerging creators

What We’re Looking For

•   1-2 years experience in social media and influencer marketing at a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand
•    Strong content creation skills: short-form video, static, copy, Canva, basic video editing
•    Trend-aware and platform-native (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest)
•    Comfortable with community management and a fast posting cadence
•    Some experience with influencer outreach, briefing, and creator deals
•    Hungry, proactive, ready to hit the ground running
•    Good eye for design and brand aesthetics
•    Bonus: AI image and video content creation skills
•    Fluent English
