Junior Social Media & Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior Social Media & Marketing Specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of our social media strategy while contributing to broader marketing campaigns and initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to the growth and execution of our marketing initiatives, helping to increase audience engagement and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor social media platforms, engage with audiences, and manage community interactions in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop compelling content, including visuals, videos, and copy.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports using social media analytics tools.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities.
• Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and paid social media campaigns when required.
• Assist with various marketing initiatives such as content production, market research and campaign efforts.
  

• Currently a student or holding a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• English language proficiency (C1-C2).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement techniques.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trends.
• Experience with social media is a plus.
