Job Description:
- We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate within our software development team
- Must know how to manage and guide JIRA, should know how to generate reports on JIRA.
- Candidate must have good grip on Excel (for reporting)
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Requirements:
- 0-6 months of experience working in a Agile/Scrum environment.
- Familiarity with software development.
- Must have Jira knowledge, certification would be a plus point.
- Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, sprint planning/review/retrospective, and backlog refinement)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science from a reputable university
- Scrum master certification (SFC or SPFC) is a plus.
Shift Timings: Afternoon (12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
