Job Overview:

You will play a crucial role in supporting our agile teams in delivering value efficiently. You will help ensure that our teams follow Scrum principles and practices, improve their processes, and continuously deliver high-quality work. You will play a key role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders. Your organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities will be key in ensuring projects stay on track, within scope, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives).
• Help ensure e5ective communication and collaboration between team members, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Work with team members to identify and resolve any impediments or blockers that may impact progress.
• Assist teams in understanding and applying Scrum best practices, Agile principles, and continuous improvement.
• Support team morale and help foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on sprint progress, burn-down charts, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
• Assist in developing project timelines, schedules, and milestones to ensure delivery on time.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to establish project priorities and deadlines.
• Act as the main point of contact between the project manager, team members, and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication of project goals, progress, and updates to all relevant parties.
• Help identify potential risks and issues in the project and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
• Document risks and issues and track their resolution.
• Escalate problems as needed to ensure that the project remains on track.
• Support the project team in ensuring that deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards and requirements.
• Ensure that project activities comply with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing project management practices within the organization.
• Ensure that all project documentation is organized, stored properly, and archived for future reference.
