Junior SAP Consultant

D.D. Synergy, member of the Qualco Group, specializes in providing customized SAP solutions to modern businesses. They focus on helping organizations optimize their operations and drive digital transformation by implementing various SAP technologies.

We are looking for a Junior SAP Consultant to join our dynamic and collaborative team. As part of our team, you will work closely with experienced consultants and experts in the field to implement and support SAP solutions like S/4HANA, Analytics Cloud, and Concur.
A Day in the Life of a Junior SAP Consultant at Qualco will include:

• Implement and Support SAP Projects/ Solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, Analytics Cloud, Concur);

• Gather and analyze requirements for SAP projects/solutions;
• Design and configure SAP solutions to meet business needs;
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for implementation;
• Conduct UAT and integration testing to validate system functionality;
• Train users and develop user manuals for effective solution adoption;
• Migrate data and ensure accuracy during transitions;
• Support go-live activities;
• Communicate and collaborate daily with clients and colleagues to deliver optimal solutions and improve processes;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a relevant discipline;
• Master’s degree would be considered as a plus;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other Business Solutions would be considered as a plus.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely;
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
