The Role
Description

As a Junior Sales Specialist (f/m/d), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues and providing information to ensure a positive customer experience. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management and Production teams to ensure operational excellence, customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • You are the main point of contact for customers, answering queries, solving problems and providing information. You act independently for an existing customer group.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, customer support and production, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless communication.
  • You will support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing expert assistance and maintaining a deep understanding of products and services.
  • You will analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences and improvements.
  • Oversee the entire support process, from initial contact to problem resolution.
  • You will build healthy customer relationships by increasing their knowledge of products and services and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • You will take a proactive approach by providing customers with relevant product-related documents to avoid potential issues and ensure a seamless experience with our products.
  • Efficiently onboard new customers by providing guidance, training and support to ensure a seamless transition and promote customer loyalty.
  • Drive customer loyalty through proactive communication, issue resolution and delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
  • Lead projects related to customer care and service improvement initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Requirements
  •  Degree or vocational training required; preferably natural science study or electrical engineering
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in German and English.
  • French and/or Italian language skills are desired
  • Looking for a highly organized and focused individual who is goal oriented, adept at problem solving and possesses a creative mindset.
  • Strong customer focus with a passion for building customer relationships and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Project management experience with the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Basic technical understanding and proficiency with CRM software, helpdesk systems and other customer support tools.
