You will be part of the Sales Operations team for the NI business group. Our team focusses on generating analytics and insights for our leadership team. Recently we have started on a journey to develop a holistic data lake and automate analysis which should give us new data insights as well as predict our KPIs. We need skilled data scientists and engineers to work with our team and drive this transformation.
Responsibilities- Provide specialized operational support, in close collaboration with the regional Sales Operations team and/or BGs. Overall responsibility of reporting, and visualization projects, according to sales process requirements
- Reports, analyzes and interprets sales funnel, financial and KPIs data (CX/BG specific, e2e, cross-selling) to provide directions for sales development. Assure data integrity, quality and analysis. Contribute to performance analytics and business insights through analytics software (CRM/PowerBI)
- Contribute to digitalization of reporting capabilities, automation and transformation
- Contribute to improvement of data accuracy and quality, leading actions with the involved teams
- Provide appropriate Sales Ops support to the team, to continue to be the main point of contact for processes and tools, owning, documenting, communicating sales process and driving change management
Must have:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, experience with MS Sharepoint site would be a plus
- Excellent analytical skills: Capable of identifying all aspects of a problem, understanding why a problem exists, and finding viable solutions
- English proficiency to communicate and partner with an international team based in all the seven regions
- Strong attitude to teamwork and clear communication
It would be nice if you also had:
- Analytical and critical approach to details
- PowerBI/CRM/CRM Analytics experience is a plus
- Be able to proactively raise thoughtful questions, create insights and proposals for actions which will enhance the effectiveness of business teams
