Job DescriptionRequired Skills:

- 1-2 years experience recruiting or Marketing Candidates.
- Aggressive and a go-getter approach.
*Any prior experience placing IT candidates for Telecom, Insurance, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical I.T. contractors is a huge plus.
QualificationsMasters or Bachelors Degree from a reputed College/ University
Should have excellent command on Englist Language (Written and Verbal)

- Heavy internet sales and recruiting, using Dice, Net-temps, Hotjobs, Monster, CareerBuilders etc..
- Screen resumes for positions and maintaining resume database
- Provide daily feedback and coordinating with Account Managers
- Negotiating rates with prospective vendors
- Coordinating interviews and presenting offers
- Data entry work, downloading resumes into our resume database.
