No prior IT experience is required — just a strong eye for detail, fluent German and English, and a willingness to learn. This is your chance to gain used in recruiting, without doing technical tasks or sourcing candidates.
What You'll Be Doing
- Review real job search queries and analyze AI-generated job posting results.
- Label postings for relevance and application likelihood using clear HR-based rules.
- Ensure quality of data by performing checks and flagging unclear cases.
- Collaborate with the client’s team in German (written and spoken).
- Work in secure digital environments with full remote flexibility.
- It is a remote, Short-term (3 months), and full-time position (168 working hours per month).
RequirementsYou’re a great fit if you:
- Have 0–1 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or people operations.
- Want to get your first step into IT field using your HR background.
- Speak German and English fluently.
- Like working with structured information and following clear instructions.
- Are curious, self-organized, and ready to work remotely.
