About the role            

This role is all about bridging the gap between creative vision and execution — to carry an unbroken thread of excellence from ideation to the final product. This is someone who can translate creative concepts into production-ready assets while maintaining the highest standards. While others worry about what the big idea is, you will focus on how the creative vision stays strong as it progresses into executional stages and expands into other touchpoints.

 

About you

  • We're looking for someone with a keen understanding of design principles and how it translates during implementation stages of work. They should have attention to detail and a keen creative eye for what works visually.
  • Strong technical skills and an understanding of print production and its processes are big pluses 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience in a design agency or in-house creative team is a plus
  • Highly organized and systematic in ways of working
  • Team player, approachable, and a strong communicator
