Jr. Quality Assurance Specialist supports supervision of company’s quality management system and its improvements.
Position is in Lithuania, Kaunas office.
Role responsibilities:eQMS/QMS administration and management:
- Create, review, revise, and track procedural documents and other quality documents
- Create, assign training and training programs, and monitor training compliance
- Create and develop quality events, corrective and preventive actions, change requests, and risks
- Support in collecting and reporting other quality metrics
Audit Management:
- Support internal audits as an observer under the supervision of the auditor
- Perform internal audits as an auditor on training under the supervision of the Lead auditor
- Support, participate, and/or host customer audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring timely audit preparation, document requests, and tracking under the supervision of the QA specialist/manager
CAPA Management:
- Manage CAPA process, perform investigation, root-cause analysis, impact and risk assessments, plan corrective and preventive actions and effectiveness checks
- Monitor and report CAPA compliance
Requirements
- Fluent English and Lithuanian language
- Knowledge of GCP, GPV and other GxP principles beneficial
- Preferably university degree in Life Science field
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Proactive problem-solving approach

Salary range: 1900-2050 eur/gross/month
