We are expanding and seeking talent for the position of: Junior Quality Assurance Engineer
Requirements:
Degree: Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (completed).
Experience: 1 year or more in a similar role.
Must reside in Nuevo León.
English level: Intermediate–Advanced (B2).
Knowledge of Advanced Quality Planning (APQP), Design and Process FMEA, Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, and 8Ds.
Desirable: Power BI knowledge.
Activities:
Ensure compliance with quality systems and objectives.
Generate reports and perform statistical analyses.
Support in formats, metrics, and continuous improvement projects.
Inspect and document returned products.
Provide support in customer complaints and meeting minutes.
