We are hiring a Junior QA Engineer / Manual Tester with 1–3 years of experience and a strong background in the banking domain. The role involves creating and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to validate functional and non-functional requirements. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on manual testing experience.
- Mandatory: Banking domain knowledge and experience.
- Experience in preparing, executing, and maintaining test cases and test plans.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Dubai or Bengaluru.
