About the role
The role of a Junior Operations Partner is to manage projects of products from initial client brief to being installed in trade/store by coordinating day to day operational tasks.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing projects of products from start to finish and working across different functions of the business to achieve the necessary outcomes
- Communicating with wide variety of stakeholders; externally, from store managers to store owners, with our subsidiary company - Tradereach - to install products into store/trade as well as internally; from sales teams, designers, procurement, engineers, production, finance, data team etc.
- Internally, overseeing the manufacturing life cycle of the units / project from design, to prototype, production and installation in store.
- Trade visits and store audits (identify the position of where the unit will be installed and negotiating with store owner to get best position)
- Activating monthly swop out of brands for each touch point in store
- Manage the installation over two days in store, managing the Engage team to ensure seamless swop out to ensure the screen content is right.
- Working with the support team to ensure all units are online and playing correct content (this is done through the Connect Store Support Team using a internal platform called Barrows Universe).
- Working with the content team to create the content and ensuing they meet the deadline for installation in store.
- Collect and file all the images, store lists and installation nuances of the units to share with the data team who will effectively be able to give feedback on performance for retailers and brands.
- Feedback to Finance team on a monthly basis regarding invoicing and capitalization agreements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study
- 1 -2 years relevant work experience is a must; previous industry experience in retail, design, manufacturing is beneficial
- G-suite experience beneficial
- Basic Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have own car
