CUSTOMER
The company is one of the leading providers of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to service providers. It delivers products and services that are needed for mobile and fixed communications, radio networks and transmission networks. More than 40% of phone calls are made through their systems and more than 2 billion people use their network worldwide.
PROJECT
This project is a web-based application built on a microservices architecture. Designed to streamline logistics, it acts as an order and warehouse management system. Its main purpose is to efficiently plan, order, stock, and distribute spare parts across multiple warehouses and suppliers.
Job Description
- Plan, manage and monitor project execution
- Monitor KPIs and take action to keep them at the best level
- Participate in recruitment planning, ensure professional growth, and conduct face-to-face evaluations
- Maintain the team's adherence to the Scrum methodology, facilitate Scrum meetings, and ensure features delivery
- Report project status and prepare presentations
- Manage project risks
- Drive and support continuous project improvement
- Develop, manage, and maintain up-to-date project management documentation
- Manage communication with the customer, product owner, and customer-side teams, ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Good theoretical and practical project management background
- Practical experience of working with Agile methodologies
- High level of self-organization and attention to details
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coach and mentor the team, manage conflict, and motivate and build the team
- At least Upper-Intermediate level in spoken and written English
