We invite an eager and motivated Project Manager to join our team and work with one of the top Point of Sale vendors featuring over 135,000 global installations. Client’s flagship products are the robust restaurant and food service management POS and Kitchen solutions built to operate in the "offline-proof" mode, creating orders, moving them through the whole preparation cycle, syncing with cloud or on-premise systems, supporting third-party software, and integrating with an extensive range of hardware devices.

✅ Is that you?
- 2+ years' commercial experience in IT project management, handling teams of 7-10 FTEs for projects of 3+ months
- Strong knowledge of project management theory
- Excellent communication skills; effective collaboration with critical task owners
- Ability to prioritize tasks and understand stakeholder needs
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks, Jira, Bitbucket/Git, and Jenkins
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Eagerness to learn technical aspects of the project
- Experience in effective planning, execution, and delivery
- Attention to detail; ability to handle multiple urgent requests
- Ability to maintain project schedules and maximize team focus
Desirable:
- Experience with Google Sheets, including knowledge of functions and data manipulation
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch
- Experience managing a remote team

- Manage software development process on a project with an ever-growing dataset
- Prioritize and distribute project tasks; facilitate team’s work on project tasks
- Monitor task status and project progress; provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Implement change and risk management to minimize project risks
- Manage and allocate project resources effectively
- Measure project and team performance
- Collaborate with top management to improve project processes
