About the Role
This is a Junior Project Control Officer / Project Analyst role focused on US Treasury.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Gather and analyse data from various sources including client resources, market research and client feedback to inform business decisions and identify areas of improvement
- Assist with the creation of project plans and timelines, and manage project deliverables by ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Working closely with our team and our clients to define and optimize their roadmap
- Aid in the facilitation of workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and create user stories, provide progress updates, and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work; translating a vision to processes and requirements
- Develop and deliver presentations to key stakeholders with assistance
Show Us What You’ve Got
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
- Exposure to or experience with Business Analysis responsibilities (including internships)
- Ability to create Business Cases
- Ability to co-facilitate workshops with stakeholders to derive requirements
- Working with senior members to lead sessions and gather information from key stakeholders
- Knowledge of process re-engineering will be an advantage
- Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users
- Nice to have: Agile methodology experience
- Nice to have: Financial Industry experience
- Nice to have: Familiar with creation of EPICs, and writing of User Stories
