Description

We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team! This role supports product planning, development, and lifecycle management while working closely with experienced product leaders. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn about our products and markets, help translate customer needs into clear product requirements, and collaborate across teams to support product development and successful launches.

 

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Gather customer feedback and competitive research to support product requirements, pricing, and positioning.
  • Support cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and launch to product updates and end-of-life activities.
  • Work with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to track action items and support product development, documentation, and launch plans.
  • Help prepare sales tools and training materials and support product adoption with the Sales team.
  • Track product performance, pricing, costs, and customer feedback to help identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in product management, engineering, business, or a related role; relevant internships or projects welcome.
  • Exposure to product development, new product introductions, or cross-functional teamwork is a plus.
  • Exposure to OEM customers, electronics, or water and wellness markets is a plus.

  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to gather customer needs and help document clear product requirements.
  • Clear communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and willingness to learn market research tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other product development methodologies is a plus.

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 15% or more as needed.
