What you will be doing
- Bring structure and clarity to our product work by organising requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure that weekly deadlines are met to align with our quarterly product release goals.
- Test new releases hands-on, verify behaviour, track issues, and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Monitor product metrics and system health using Lightdash and other BI tools; flag irregularities early.
- Learn and use our internal automation tools to understand real user workflows.
- Step in quickly when issues surface and help coordinate a resolution.
- Take ownership of smaller product areas as you grow.
What we need from you
- Strong project-management skills. You keep work moving, follow up reliably, remove blockers, and ensure product delivery.
- You create structure with a few basic tools (think Sheets and Docs), not process-heavy frameworks or Jira setups.
- You’re strong with data. You can work with datasets (e.g., interactions), explore and transform them in spreadsheets, move confidently in Lightdash/BI tools, and derive meaningful insights. An analytical background is a big plus.
- You’re comfortable working close to technical systems - like reading logs, debugging issues, and understanding or occasionally building simple APIs to better support automation and integrations.
- You’ve shipped something before - a dashboard, tool, workflow, script, automation, or project.
- A curiosity in product development, UX, marketing tech, and entertainment.
What you will NOT do
- Jira administration or ticket shuffling - we work lightweight, and we optimise for speed.
- Make meetings for the sake of the process or ceremony.
- Wait for work to fall on your desk - you’ll know what needs to be prioritised next.
