At MECCA, we're passionate about creating beauty products that our community will fall in love with. As our Junior Product Development Specialist, you'll help bring new product ideas to life across our MECCA-MAGINATIONS brands, supporting everything from concept through to launch.
Working alongside our Product Development team, you'll play a hands-on role in turning ideas into reality; coordinating samples, managing timelines, supporting artwork and regulatory processes, and helping deliver exciting new products that delight our customers. The Role You Could Play
You'll be an integral member of our Product Development team, helping keep projects moving while ensuring every product meets MECCA's quality, brand and commercial standards.
Support the end-to-end delivery of new product development projects across our owned brands.
Coordinate product samples, documentation, artwork approvals, testing and supplier communications.
Manage key operational activities including purchase orders, samples, shipments, timelines and project tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Supply, Brand, Quality, Design and Marketing to bring products to market.
Research trends, analyse competitor products and contribute to future product innovation.

Previous experience in Product Development or a similar role, ideally within beauty, cosmetics or FMCG.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with technical documentation and product information.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
A proactive mindset, commercial curiosity and enthusiasm for bringing great products to life. Experience with cosmetic formulation, packaging or regulatory requirements will be highly regarded.
