We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Process Associate to support shipment coordination and logistics operations. The role involves close coordination with shippers, carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling, accurate documentation, and timely system updates.
Your Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end shipment activities to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Communicate and coordinate with shippers, carriers, customers, and internal teams on shipment-related matters
- Review shipping and logistics documents in line with SOPs and client requirements
- Track shipments and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders for status updates
- Update systems accurately and on time, including uploading required documentation into applicable platforms
- Provide professional and responsive phone and email support
- Identify operational issues and escalate them effectively with clear, accurate, and detailed information
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and productive work environment
- Demonstrate flexibility and support scope expansion or additional responsibilities as required
RequirementsYour Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding (FFW) or related supply chain/logistics roles
- Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends, based on business needs
- Basic understanding of shipment coordination and logistics processes is preferred
