Junior Power Platform Developer
We are seeking a Junior Power Platform Developer to join our team supporting NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Office of Habitat Conservation (OHC) in Silver Spring, MD.
OHC is moving forward with a multi-year reorganization and consolidation of business tools, enterprise data, and business intelligence with the goal of supporting complex and growing program needs. Centiva will be supporting TekSynap who will provide support services to ensure a level of continuity throughout this process that includes planning, project management, solutions design, business analysis, user support and development support and maintenance.
Overview
As a member of the Centeva agile development team, you will work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and other Data professionals to produce applications, automations, data, and reporting vital to the success of our federal customers’ missions. This is a chance to be a part of a rapidly growing development team and play a significant role in the long-term growth and success of the company.
Salary Range: $66-73K
Responsibilities
- Design (front-end and technical), develop, and maintain quality PowerApps business solutions
- Leverage the entire Power Platform suite of tools
- Create technical documentation for PowerApps solutions
- Coordinate with Power Apps senior developers and architects to design database schemas, dataflows, workflows, and applications
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Work daily with the Product Owner, Senior Power Platform Developer and Power Platform Architect to accomplish tasks
Required
- 1 to 3 years of experience (junior level) or 4 to 6 year experience (mid level) in the field or in a related area
- BS/BA degree in related area (or equivalent)
- Development experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience with SharePoint Online/SharePoint Administration is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to successfully obtain a Public Trust
