Project Governance & Support:
- Support the PMO in defining and maintaining project management standards, tools, and templates.
- Ensure projects are following agreed-upon processes, methodologies, and timelines.
- Track project progress, report on status, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with project managers and teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
Reporting & Presentation:
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, ensuring the visual presentation is clear, accurate, and insightful.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting on project health, risks, and financials when required.
Budgeting & Financial Management:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
- Track and report on project expenditures, ensuring alignment with allocated budgets.
- Work with project managers to forecast costs and highlight any potential variances.
Process Improvement:
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PMO processes and tools.
- Recommend improvements to project management processes, practices, and tools.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate communication between the project team, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ensure key project milestones, risks, and issues are effectively communicated.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk logs, and other key project artifacts.
- Ensure project compliance with internal processes and standards.
- Good exposure in project management or PMO-related roles.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Budgeting: Basic experience in budgeting and financial tracking for projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information
- Team Collaboration: Able to work effectively within a team environment and support project managers and teams.
