We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x) for our B2C brand Autohero. With our unique online as well as offline presence and product offering we are disrupting the automotive industry, one of the biggest markets still in the hands of traditional players.
We are working in a fast paced, bottom-up environment, with outstanding skilled team members with different backgrounds and expertice, aiming to make Autohero the Nr.1 used-car-buying platform.

Job Description
- Learn to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns in Google Ads Search and YouTube Ads
- Explore YouTube Ads as a complementary channel to support brand growth and performance outcomes while building your expertise in this area
- Analyse data with the support of in-house tools to identify growth opportunities and work closely with your team to scale campaigns
- Support the management of budgets for your market's channels, contributing to impactful business growth across Google Ads and YouTube
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing Automation, Marketing Controlling, Video Production, etc.) on campaign planning, advertising materials, reporting, and optimisation projects
Qualifications
- You have a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of Google Ads, especially Search and YouTube Ads. Prior experience is not required, but any exposure to digital marketing is a plus.
- You are comfortable working with numbers and data, with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- You are organised, tech-savvy, and proactive, with a positive can-do attitude
- You are proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- You are in English and Dutch is required, another european language is a plus
