At Mosh, what you create has real impact. Every piece of content empowers individuals to make life-changing decisions about their health. We're looking for a video editor first and foremost: someone who can cut, refine, and deliver engaging short-form content that performs on platforms like TikTok, Meta and YouTube.
This role covers a broad mix of creative output: from lo-fi skits and TikTok-style trends that are quick and relatable, to reactive edits like memes and green-screen commentary, through to authentic UGC-style testimonials. You’ll also craft educational explainers that make complex health topics easy to understand, and deliver polished campaign content.
Motion graphics skills or being on camera are not essential, but they are a big plus. From simple animation flourishes to fully polished assets that elevate our storytelling and help our content stand out.
What you’ll do:
- Edit short-form video content for various paid marketing channels, including Meta and TikTok.
- Turn briefs into bold, creative ads with your editing skills and fresh ideas.
- Contribute new ideas for ads and campaigns.
- Help monitor performance and adapt edits to improve results.
- Respond quickly to fast-turnaround reactive content (lo-fi TikToks, memes, commentary pieces).
- Collaborate closely with the Designer and studio team, gaining hands-on guidance and feedback.
- Support on larger campaign projects, learning when to move fast and when to refine.
Experience you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is a true self-starter, motivated, proactive, and full of ideas. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of video editing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- A sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and sound design.
- Curiosity and passion for social media trends & digital storytelling.
- Organised, collaborative, and always up for making things better.
- Comfortable behind the camera, and in front of it.
Bonus points for:
- Basic motion graphics skills (Adobe After Effects or equivalent).
- Colour grading/retouching skills.
- Familiarity with Figma or other design tools (like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
