Junior Payroll & HR Manager

We are looking for a motivated Junior Payroll & HR Manager to join our Payroll team in Oslo. In this role, you will work with Norwegian payroll for international clients and contribute to delivering high-quality payroll services in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop within payroll, gain exposure to international clients, and build a strong professional foundation.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong interest in payroll administration, take ownership of your responsibilities, and work well as part of a team. If you also have an interest in personal development and client-facing work, we believe you would be an excellent fit.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll delivery for a portfolio of clients, including data processing, payslips, salary payments, reporting, and reconciliations
- Take ownership of your own client portfolio and contribute to the ongoing development of services and delivery
- Support clients with HR-related matters such as pensions, sickness administration, and expense reimbursement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Contribute to the onboarding and implementation of new clients over time
About You
- Experience in client administration or customer service, preferably with international exposure
- Understanding of Norwegian payroll practices and labour regulations
- Proficient in Excel, and experience with Visma.net Payroll is a plus
- Interest in systems, digital tools, and process improvement (including AI tools such as Copilot)
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Recent graduates with an interest in payroll and a strong motivation to learn are encouraged to apply

Salary Range
The salary range for this specific position is NOK 550,000 - NOK 750,000 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and the level of responsibility associated with the role, in accordance with our objective and gender-neutral pay framework.
