About the company
Our client is a fast-growing technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take charge of building relationships with new partner organizations, from the first conversation through setup and continuing account care. Work closely with senior leaders, learn the business quickly, and pass practical field insights back to the product team.
What you'll do
- Oversee a daily flow of prospective and active partners, covering prospecting, setup and long-term account care.
- Reach out proactively to organizers, producers, venues and entertainment businesses, applying and refining a proven outreach approach.
- Lead introductory conversations and walkthroughs with prospective partners.
- Coach partners on putting together compelling offerings, including what is available, how it is priced and bundled, and who it reaches.
- Assist a senior colleague on larger, more complex accounts involving several assets.
- Work with company leadership on market pricing research and on choosing which segments to focus on first.
- Share partner feedback with the product and engineering teams.
- Represent the company at industry gatherings and take responsibility for your own targets around pipeline, setup pace and listing quality.

What we're looking for

- Real enthusiasm for sports and live events, plus curiosity about how rights owners generate revenue and how their assets are structured and valued.
- A diligent, high-effort working style with careful attention to detail, tidy records and dependable follow-through.
- An ownership mindset: you carry each relationship from initial contact through to a completed agreement rather than passing it along.
- Strong written and verbal communication and a knack for telling a story, so that you can describe an online platform in simple terms to non-technical business people.
- High agency and a restless drive to improve.
- Conviction that the existing way of buying and selling sponsorships is disjointed and ready for change.

- An existing network of contacts among rights owners, organizers and venues.
