Euronet seeks to employ a communicative Junior Operations/Logistics Specialist to manage and support the operations activities of our ATM network throughout Portugal.
The successful candidate will join the Lisbon team and be part of a Global Operations organization within a dynamic and multinational fintech company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and manage ATM installation plans, coordinating with internal teams and centralized services to ensure deployment and mitigate risks.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse vendor, construction teams and service providers to ensure installations are being executed timely and professionally.
- Manage ATM and site inventories in the company’s databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee contractor workloads, ensuring timely and professional execution of projects.
- Prepare cost estimates for projects and make the adjustments as needed.
- University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or IT orientation.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Operations or Logistics functions.
- Proven experience in planning and delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Flexibility and readiness to travel when required.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
